As a member of various sport’s clubs in the UK, including ‘Manchester United and Salford Trampoline Club’ and ‘Clann Na Gael Irish Dance School’, she enjoys sharing her experience and knowledge to create unique, fun and exciting new training programmes using her trampoline and dance skills. Sarah believes that exercise shouldn’t be a chore but part of your lifestyle plan. It should be fun and vibrant and something you look forward to. Sarah is professional, dedicated and easy going. My first priority is for clients to be excited about their fitness routine. I use exercise science and sound training principles to help my clients achieve optimal results; however the perfect program is not worth much if it is not fun. As part of my degree, I spent time in the Therapeutic Exercise and Rehabilitation Program working with individuals with chronic health conditions and injuries, providing the necessary assistance and guidance to allow them to safely participate in an exercise program that will help improve their fitness level. I have had the pleasure of working with different ages and ability levels, from creating exercises to help police academy members prepare for their physical evaluations to helping a 60+ year old improve balance and mobility during his recovery from stroke. I hope I have the pleasure of working with you.

Mike Ogden

Mike has been involved in exercise and fitness most of his life. Having spent his childhood on a farm it’s not surprising Mike took to the outdoors and recently completed an amazing charity trek from southern Spain to the northwest of England. The trek put him through 1500 miles & 101 days of physical and mental endurance, knowing that when your mind says no, you still have a lot left in your tank.
Mike has fought competitively in both boxing and Karate at national level, with boxing being his first passion through experience in the ring. He doesn’t just give you a simple boxing workout, but the emphasis is on the correct technique and the mechanics of boxing.
Mike’s boxing training is a total fitness routine using cardio, endurance and strength, as well as all your motor skills, speed, reaction, balance, coordination, agility and an excellent way to get your body toned.
Mike sessions are not only motivating but above all fun and goal orientated. Achieving this and working as a team the results will speak for themselves.

Cameron Hirst

Cameron initially came from a gymnastics and martial arts background as a child (traditional chinese arts and sanda - chinese kickboxing) he then went onto develop a passion for surfing where he has traveled the world competing in various championships. It was through his traveling that brought him to China, learning Chinese, teaching children gymnastics in an International School and training in health clubs and gyms. He has years of experience training clients using traditional weight training methods and functional training combined this with kick boxing and martial arts for a vigorous, intense fat burning programme! His clients eagerly come back for more and is passionate about his role as a wellness provider seeing his clients improve their quality of life.
